Learn the technique of Random Weave to create your own basket or sculptural form using plant fibres and/or recycled materials.
Embellish with feathers, seed pods, shells, fabric…The skill of random weave can be adapted to be used in a wide variety of artistic forms and materials.
Therese Flynn-Clarke is an Artist Educator who has delighted group’s with her creative workshops at Arts in the Olives and elsewhere over many years. she regularly exhibits her sculptural and mixed media work in a range of mediums.
Bring secateurs or old scissors, an apron or old clothes, and anything personal you’d like to embellish with or weave into your basket.
Cost is $70pp with all materials provided.
