ARTS ABLAZE FESTIVAL
BADCAP managed the art workshops and artisan stalls for the 2019 Arts Ablaze Festival to be held in the grounds of the Ramada Resort Kooralbyn Valley in the beautiful Scenic Rim region.
Fifeteen Workshops were offered.
The Festival, which followed the Arts Ablaze Conference, ran for 2 days and 2 nights from the 4th-6thOctober, 2019.
The Arts Ablaze conference and a celebration of regional arts in Queensland was managed by the Scenic Rim Regional Council. The event focused on the TRANSFORMATION of regional communities and arts practice through ATTITUDES, ACCESS, PEOPLE and PLACE
Market stall holders
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST were walled from Market stall holders- artisans, crafters, makers, tinkerers, artists, local growers and producers against the following conditions:
- Market Stallholders will need to set up at Ramada Resort, Kooralbyn on Friday 4th October by 4pm.
- They will operate on Friday night until 9pm, Saturday 5th October from 9am-9pm and Sunday 6th October from 9am-4pm.
- Cost to stallholders is $100.
- Camping is available at the venue if required.
- Stall holders are required to have own stalls, power and lighting
- Stall holders are required to have Public Liability Insurance.

The Arts Ablaze was funded by the Australian Government through the Building Better Regions Fund, and proudly supported by The Regional Arts Services Network, an initiative of the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland, The Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF), a partnership between the Queensland Government and Scenic Rim Regional Council to support local arts and culture in Regional Queensland, CQ University Australia and the Ramada Resort Kooralbyn Valley.
