Arts in the Olives 2022

AFTER FIVE YEARS, ARTS IN THE OLIVES IS BACK!

BADCAP, in conjunction with Olive View Estate, is bringing you the Arts in the Olives 2022 to be held on Mothers Day weekend – Sat 7th & Sun 8th May @ Olive View Estate – 58 Kulgun Rd, Kulgun (near Boonah) Qld 4309

This much loved community outdoor event is moving from one Olive Grove to another, and from one side of the Scenic Rim to the other. “Olive View Estate” at Kulgun will be the 2022 event venue, just a few kilometres from Kalbar on the western side of the Scenic Rim and only an hour from Brisbane.

So much will be the same – arts workshops and demonstrations, artisan stalls, a music program, free children’s workshops, art gallery and food trucks featuring international gourmet food – but the main difference is A CHANGE IN OLIVE GROVES!

The other major change will see the event being held over two full days with entertainment being a highlight as the sun sets over the ranges on the Saturday night. Another first for Arts in the Olives is that there will be an option to camp overnight – either self sufficient in your BYO tent or van, or for those who like a little more luxury there will also be glamping tents to rent onsite!

Brochures with the full exciting program are now available and, as workshops always fill quickly, it is recommended that everyone books online just as soon as they have chosen which workshops to participate in…..choose one or more…..the options are many and varied, and all with fabulous tutors who will ensure a fun filled and positive learning experience.

A discounted price for entrance tickets will also be available online with one or two day passes available.
